01Chief Financial Officer · Crypto & Capital Markets
I build the financial core of the companies that define crypto: Binance, Circle, Optimism, and now a high-performance SVM Layer 1.
02About
I have a habit of being early. I was the first finance hire at Binance outside China, the first at Optimism, and on the early team at Circle for the launch of USDC. Three companies that went on to define their categories: the exchange, the L2, and the stablecoin.
I build the financial backbone that lets category-definers scale without falling over: the treasury, the entity structure, the controls, the regulatory licensing and the capital strategy. At Binance that meant building and leading a finance organisation spanning 90 entities across 46 countries, plus the licence approvals behind the region’s regulated expansion. At Circle, the early financial foundations and regulatory design behind USDC. At Optimism, a $2B+ on-chain treasury, now the benchmark across the Superchain.
Before crypto, I built structured-finance and Basel models in investment banking at Crédit Agricole Investment Bank. Today I’m CFO of a high-performance SVM Layer 1, doing what I do best: turning financial chaos into institutional-grade order.

04Perspective
Most protocols obsess over product and neglect the balance sheet. The ones that endure treat treasury, runway and capital strategy as core infrastructure, not an afterthought.
The least glamorous primitive in crypto became its most important. Everything else compounds on top of credible, transparent settlement.
Building finance through Binance and Circle taught me that regulatory readiness, done early, is a moat rather than a cost. Trust is the product.
